Rosepark Independent Living clg currently is operating one house which offer self-contained and secure accommodation in studio apartments and bungalows for active retired citizens.
Rosepark House is located on Seapoint Avenue, Blackrock, Dublin and has accommodation for eight residents in studio apartments in the main house and four residents in individual bungalows in the grounds. The house and bungalows have undergone major upgrading of décor and facilities to ensure that it is totally compliant with current Health and Safety standards. All come with carpet and curtains, kitchen with fridge and cooker and a small bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin.
The fact that Rosepark caters for only twelve residents results in a family atmosphere. Situated on the coastline, opposite the Seapoint Dart station between Blackrock and Monkstown, Rosepark House is a vibrant example of how active elderly can enjoy a well-earned retirement.
A three course freshly cooked lunch, cable television, use of a laundry room, cleaning service and use of a private sheltered garden are all included in the monthly rental charge. Each unit has an alarm system so that residents can call for help if needs be. A housekeeper sleeps on the premises at night and is the residents’ point of contact for day to day matters.
Each resident is issued with a tenancy contract which is registered with the Residential Tenancies Board
