Rose PArk
Home comforts for independent older people
Rosepark Independent Living, previously The Abbeyfield Dublin Society, was set up in the 1980’s under direction of the Countess of Wicklow.
The name changed to Rosepark in 2016 to reflect an Irish identity and brand development. The services offered reflect the exact ethos of the organisation when it was set up over 25 years ago. Rosepark is signed up to the Irish Charities Act 2009 to ensure transparency, greater accountability and protect against misuse of our charitable status.
Located in Seapoint Ave Blackrock, we house 8 residents in studio apartments in the main house and 4 residents in bungalows. The house underwent major works to ensure it's compliant with Health & Safety standards. Rosepark is a vibrant example of how active elderly can enjoy a well-earned retirement. It's run on a voluntary basis by a House Committee with 6 paid staff
